Empowering Jerusalem Women through Kitchen Equipment Distribution

As part of the association’s ongoing efforts to support and empower Palestinian women in Jerusalem, strengthen their resilience, and enhance their economic independence, Volunteer for Hope Association distributed essential equipment and tools for small business development to beneficiaries of the food production group. This activity, held on 26/10/2022, was conducted under the Empowering Canaanite Entrepreneurs project, which focuses on providing women with the resources they need to advance their home-based kitchen projects.

Eight beneficiaries from the group received various tools, including ovens, mixers, refrigerators, and other food preparation equipment. The project aims to empower female entrepreneurs in Jerusalem by developing their businesses, increasing their productivity, and enhancing their resilience in the face of challenges. By providing the necessary equipment and tools, the project helps save time and effort, boosting the effectiveness and sustainability of their work and production.
